Duties & Essential Functions

What you'll do: Window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, one-story roof washing, gutter cleaning, and solar panel cleaning at homes across the San Gabriel Valley.

This role requires the ability to:

1. Perform assigned Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, House Washing, Roof Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Solar Panel Cleaning at customer properties, working from the ground or an approved ladder. (Roof Washing is one-story only; technicians do not walk or work from the roof surface.)
2. Set up, inspect, operate, clean, and safely store approved professional equipment, including water-fed poles, pressure washers, hoses, and ladders.
3. Ascend, descend, and work safely from approved ladders and elevated work areas, following Rexterior training, equipment instructions, and applicable safety procedures.
4. Regularly lift and carry equipment/supplies weighing approximately 25–35 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs; equipment exceeding 50 lbs is moved using appropriate equipment or team assistance, not alone.
5. Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions, subject to Rexterior's safety procedures and weather-related work stoppages.
6. Communicate professionally with customers and crew members.
7. Follow all approved safety, property-protection, documentation, and quality-control procedures.

Schedule & Reporting Location

Schedule: Part-time, nonexempt hourly. Approximately 15–25 hours per week, generally Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak periods or weather-related schedule changes. Hours vary with customer demand, weather, and operations — a minimum number of hours is not guaranteed. This is a part-time position; Rexterior is not currently offering or promising conversion to full-time.

Location: Reports to Rexterior's designated starting location in the Pasadena area at scheduled start times.

Pay

$20–$24/hour guaranteed base pay, based on experience and demonstrated skill. Customers may leave voluntary tips — these are not guaranteed and are not part of the $20–$24 base-pay range. Performance bonuses are not currently offered or promised.
